Donnie Steward (General Manager)
Born in Burlington, Iowa; was the grandson of the local Kawasaki dealer during the 60's and 70's - basically raised on a motorcycle. Started riding at the age of 3 on a Honda MR50 with training wheels. Not too long later at the age of 8, started racing motorcycles and turned pro in 1998, and won the prosport 600 national TT championship that same year. Donnie then achieved the expert level in 1999 and became national number 16 in 2000-2002. Then Donnie found himself behind the wheel of a sprint car in 2002 and is still the driver of the Heartland H-D 360 sprint car. Donnie Started his career with Heartland H-D in 1994, and is the president of the Blackhawk H.O.G. chapter. Donnie enjoys racing, Iowa Hawkeye football games, and riding whenever he can. |  |
Nick Eastin (Service Manager)
Nick Eastin (Service Manager)
Born in Burlington, Iowa; grew up around atv's and dirtbikes. Nick started racing atv's when he was 14 years old and won the 12 hrs of ATV America in 2002. Nick then started racing sprint cars at the age of 18. Nick worked for a local Ford dealer for 7 1/2 years before coming on board at Heartland H-D in the spring of 2010. His favorite motorcycle is the new FLHX Street Glide.

Chandra Bliesener (Motorclothes & Accessories)
Chandra was born in Iowa City, but was raised in Burlington, Iowa. She graduated from B.H.S. in '95, and then graduated from Dayton's School of Hair Design in 2002. She joined the Heartland crew in the summer of 2009. She enjoys learning about Harley's and meeting all the customers. Chandra enjoys riding with her husband Rodney on their FXDL Low Rider any chance she can. |  |
Sandy Wagner (Motorclothes & Accessories)
Sandy was born in Ft. Dodge, Iowa; she moved to Burlington, Iowa in 1968. Sandy joined the Heartland Harley-Davidson team in early 2008. She works part time because she loves Harley-Davidson Motorcycles and meeting other Harley enthusiasts. Both Sandy and her husband, Kenny, are members of the Blackhawk H.O.G. Chapter and enjoy riding their new Harley TriGlide every chance they get.

Dean Eddington (Service Technician)
Dean was born in North Carolina, but lived most of his life in LaHarpe, Illinois. Dean joined Heartland Harley-Davidson in April 2004, before that he has always enjoyed fabricating and painting peoples bikes and vehicles to make it exactly the way they wanted it. Dean has achieved MMI Harley-Davidson PHD level certification. He currently rides a 2003 FLHTI Electra Glide Standard, and in the past owned shovelheads, ironheads, and evo's.

Eric Palmer (Service Technician)
Eric was born and raised in Olds, Iowa. He graduated with honors from the SCC Automotive Tech Program with a degree in applied sciences in 2006. Eric is also ASE Master Certified (Automotive Service Excellence). Eric worked for a Chevrolet Dealer and an independent auto-service center for 5 years before joining the Heartland Harley-Davidson team. Eric raced 4 cylinder wild things from 2006-2008 at Lee County Speedway, 34 Raceway, and CJ Raceway. Eric currently rides a Harley-Davidson FLHRI Road King.

Jeff Beal (Cycle/Parts Delivery & Maintenance)
Jeff was born and raised in Burlington, Iowa. Jeff joined Heartland Harley-Davidson in April of 2010. Besides motorcycles, he also enjoys hunting, camping, and spending time with family and friends. His favorite bike is the Dyna Wide Glide.

Michael Claypool (Parts Manager)
Michael was born in Hampton, IA. He graduated with a business degree from University of Northern Iowa, as well as an Automotive Degree from Hawkeye Community College. He moved to West Burlington in 2008 and worked as an automotive technician at a local Chevrolet dealer before joining Heartland H-D in February, 2011. Michael currently rides a Dyna Street Bob. |  |
